I hate to say I was a bit disappointed with the gingerbread metal sign. The picture made it look more 3d and it is not, it is flat. It states it is 3d in the description also.

I placed my order 10/26 and didn't receive it until 11/13. During that time I sent several emails asking for an update on when I could expect delivery and received no responses at all. Very disappointed in customer service!

It is beautiful, and my husband is thrilled. My only concern was the lack of communication. The time delay between purchase and shipping was not laid out anywhere we could discover it. So, as time passed, with zero communication from the seller, I grew worried. Were it not for my faith in Shop, I would have thought the worst.
