Return Policy

Returns - Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final unless a defect has been found within the manufactoring of the product.  To submit a request, please contact us at info@wreathsigndesigns.com or 334-300-7888. Please include detail of the defect along with pictures of the packaging how it was received. The original product must be returned to Wreath Sign Designs at 1797 Nathan Drive, Prattville, Alabama, United States. Upon Return of the damaged product, a revised product will be issued to you or a store credit will be issued to your account minus the original shipping charges. 

Print on Demand items

There are no returns, refunds or exchanges for any print on demand items including T-shirts, mugs, masks, outerwear or totes for example. These items are fulfilled by a third party company. Do not contact the company. 

Once an order has been sent to production it is sent to the Print Provider and you can no longer edit any details or cancel it. If the shipment details were incorrect, or the customer ordered the wrong size or color, Wreath Sign Designs is not responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds.

If there is a printing flaw, please email photos including full item and close up of any printing flaws to info@wreathsigndesigns.com

Subscription Services

Subscriptions are not eligible for refunds. If you wish to cancel your subscription, please log into your Paypal account to cancel at least 48 hours prior to renewal date. Wreath Sign Designs is not responsible for cancelling your accounts.

Patricia's Sign Club, if there is a problem with your product after delivery, email info@WreathSignDesigns.com within 3 days of delivery for replacement of damaged or incorrect products only. Must include pictures of all sides of package and contents upon arrival.

All other items:

All sales are final. No returns accepted. If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us at info@WreathSignDesigns.com

Damaged packages sometimes occur during shipping, upon arrival, photograph all sides of the unopened package, and damaged contents and submit to info@WreathSignDesigns.com to complete a claim. Failure to do so may disqualify your item(s) for exchange or refund.

Returned items will incur a 10% restocking fee. Please contact us at info@WreathSignDesigns.com prior to any returns to determine eligibility. Refunds will be issued a store credit.

If the original order was over $100 and you received our free shipping option, when your items are returned and it causes your order to be less than $100, then original shipping charges will be deducted from any credits. Any credits will be issued a store credit refund.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Refunds (if approved)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be issued to your email address with a store credit refund within seven days. 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your financial institution. 

If a credit was issued as a gift card please check your spam or junk folder.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@WreathSignDesigns.com

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

The buyer will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
